It was extremely difficult to walk as the ship was rocking wildly. Within the first half hour of sail, many patrons appeared ill and began vomiting in supplied white bags. The sea was extremely rough and it was evident, early on, that this cruise should have been canceled as the one earlier in the day had been. Then, the ship began to sail and everything started to fall apart. We dined at the 6:30 dinner seating and were impressed by the food selection and by the attentive wait staff. That was a wonderful greeting and set our expectations high. The ship looked great and we were greeted by enthusiastic staff cheering as we came onboard. This was our first time on this ship and were excited about enjoying an evening of fun and gambling. My husband and I redeemed a Groupon Certificate to cruise the Victory II Casino Cruise out of Mayport in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday evening, September 27, 2014. There is a Cruise Director on board every cruise to ensure every guest has the best possible experience.

If you should change your mind and run into anything than concerns you, we encourage you to speak to our Cruise Director. We are sorry to hear you won’t be sailing with us again. We do have regular 25 cent machines, but the multi-denomination games are very popular as there is something for everyone. You choose the denomination you want to play. That means you can play from 1 cent up to $1 on the same machine. Many of our machines are multi-denomination machines. We want our guests to be happy with their meal and if they aren't, the Chef welcomes the opportunity to correct it at the time of the meal. We are sorry you were disappointed with your meal. We had no other complaints this day, but we trust he received a new beer once he pointed it out to the staff and we are looking into why this may have happened. We are so sorry to hear that your husband’s beer did not taste good. We also have a state of the art air filtration system on board to assist with the effects of the smoke in areas where we do allow smoking. Signs are posted and the policy is strictly enforced. We offer non-smoking areas on our first deck and on our 3rd deck, inside Club V.
